Performance Roofing provided quality beyond what I was expecting from a roofer. We had issues with mold, and got multiple estimates from other roofers that all came in higher than what Performance Roofing quoted. To add to that, there were a lot of hidden costs in those other estimates. When Performance roofing came out, they right away identified all of my mold problem, gave me an affordable quote that included ALL services needed to truly fix my mold problem, and even gave me advice on how to avoid problems in the future. They also fixed a few things I wasn't aware of, which saved me money down the road. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the honesty and thoroughness. I will rely on Performance Roofing from now on.
