Our kitchen sink was backing up and not draining. Ready Rooter was able to come out within a few hours to take a look and had the kitchen sink draining shortly after. They returned the following day, as requested, to camera and clean out the pipes due to grease build up. They were professional, honest, answered all questions, and communicated clearly. Joseph and Toby were the technicians that serviced our sewer pipe correction and repair and they did an excellent job. The previous plumbing company we used took two weeks to install two access point sweeps and the pipe wasn't level, causing liquid to accumulate where it shouldn't. Joseph and Toby came out the next day, dug much deeper and wider than the last company, replaced the pipes and bedrocked it to ensure it stayed level, all in two days, including the relining cure time.
