*We have a (new to me) boiler whole house system and have been using NW Mechanical now for 2 years, they are without a doubt experts at taking care of our heating system. I signed up for the yearly maintenance program for peace of mind and we have them out once a year to proactively maintain and test things. Running tip top and their techs are SUPER knowledgeable. Chris came to inspect our 30 year old boiler and thermostats. We had been having a heat fluctuating issue. He was very informative and showed me the batteries that are in the thermostat that I had no idea were there. Of course they were dead after 30 years but they kept the connection between the thermostat and the boiler and were calling for heat even after the desired temperature was reached. New batteries and we are back in business. We will have Chris come in a month and do a full boiler inspection and update. We were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Pricing was reasonable also.

I pay a lot of money to be on a maintenance plan so they come on on a regular basis to check the heating system, and supposedly they prioritize your service needs if you do need urgent service. First of all, clearly their maintenance isn't that great because my radiant heat is not working. Secondly, "priority service" doesn't exist -- they won't be able to service my un-heated home until mid-November. Will be looking for another service provider in the future.
