Rain City Plumbing

I had a very pleasant experience with Rain City Plumbing. Their office was responsive when I contacted them, and I really appreciate that they were able to come out to see my condo to give me a free estimate. I contacted multiple other plumbers and they all charged $35-150 just to visit and give an estimate (they "waived" this fee if you chose to hire them, which I think is their strategy). Rain City Plumbing was able to come out and take a look at my shower quickly, and they gave me very clear and transparent estimates for how much it might cost. The two gentlemen who came by were uniformed, neat, and very polite and patient when explaining things to me. They were respectful of my home, and took off their shoes without me asking (when they needed to go further into a carpeted area to look at the back of my wall). They also followed up with me later to offer me a discount on the cost of parts. When I told them I was waiting to hear back from some of the other plumbers I had contacted,

These guys were great. We had an odor problem and they gave us solutions that didn't require us spending a ton of money. They are aware of customer's desire to save money, and possibly solve their own problems with a professionals help. I highly recommend this company.
