The hard sell was too much and frankly insulting. Spent 30 minutes telling me why everyone else on the Hardie rankings was lying. The sales person had the gal to tell me I didn't need to get multiple quotes. Their pricing isn't even fixed and he wrote it on a laminated piece of paper. Literally twice as much as highest ranked Pacific Exteriors, who I ultimately went with. A sales rep called me and said he could do better on the price. I told him no thanks, and then he asked if I wanted a new roof. Avoid this company like the plague.

Mateo was amazing! He was here waiting for me on time when I got home. He was super up front and open about what the company is allowed to do re project, material, etc. I was really impressed with his honest friendly demeanor.
