I used Northwest Hearing and Cooling for a new installation of a heat pump and a replacement of my old furnace. The installers showed up on time as expected, and were thoroughly professional with their work! The installers were able to accommodate my requests with where to install the heat pump, and how to run the lineset to make it look good in a high traffic area! Guys did great work, my house is now comfortable no matter the outside temp, and it was all done at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend! Service: Heating system installation

Not only was the installation flawlessly executed, but they also left the work area spotless, which I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, their response to a minor filter issue was impressively swift, even though it turned out that a new filter wasn't needed after all. Crew arrived early, went about their business, wasted no time installing new Trane furnace, AC and networked thermostat. Took about 7 hours including basic set up of the thermostat. Cleaned up after themselves, in fact, garage looked better than before they started. The team was very friendly, communicated effectively, and were generally great guys! Don't mean to be morbid, but since we are kind of old ourselves, this is probably the last system we will need, but we would not hesitate to recommend NW Expert Heating to others!
