Hi Shawn, I would give YOU ZERO STARS if that was available. UPDATE..... On December 18, 2022, Shawn emailed me asking that I kindly "rethink" my review. As a home owner I rely on reviews so it is always best to get both sides. I do have all communications with Shawn that I will gladly share with anyone. After getting images of the furnace and the speculation that another company was going to get the bid Shawn provided three local businesses suggesting that I get bids from even one local business that was from Kirkland 30 miles yet Shawn's business is in Issaquah is less then 10 miles away. My original email explained that per the by-laws the organization they HAD to have three written bids. Did he think someone would go to the highest bidder? Really and Shawn never indicated he was not interested UNTIL at his request I sent pictures of the furnace.
