Excellent work by Eric. He came to investigate an odor coming from an area between the wall and floor. He opened the wall, removed rodent fouled insulation, sealed and expertly replaced and repaired the drywall leaving no evidence that it had ever been opened. Finished early, the next day, so asked if there was anything else and then expertly adjusted two exterior doors that were not sealing properly and finished by running a cable through the crawl space.
