Went into this company to interview for a sheetmetal position, great interview, they said they would contact me on wenesday with an offer. That was supposed to be april 5th. Instead of emailing or calling or even sending a text message saying they are going in a different route. So this is about their lack of communication.

So, called these guys and scheduled one of their plumbers to come over and provide a quote, on a hot water expansion outlet and a burst pipe in our ceiling that rendered that shower unusable. From my view, they no-showed. From their side, they said, "the tech came by, said he knocked 3 times then left." HE DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO RING THE DOOR BELL. I work from home, downstairs in my office. No knocking on our front door will ever be heard from my office, I have a buzzer in my office that buzzes when the doorbell is rung. I am a bit in disbelief that this standard, common, 100+ year old device called "the doorbell", so perplexed and stumped the plumber that he could not figure out what it is or how it works. That said? Mistakes happen. I get it. Get someone out here the next day, right? Nope, they refused to prioritize or expedite this, saying they could be back here "only on our standard scheduling" which was nearly 2 weeks out. More? We will be on vacation, and we were trying to get this q

Excellent experience. Adam came by and gave a reasonable quote for getting some light fixtures and dimmer switches installed. Price was competitive, but far more important - he was timely, communicative, and went the extra mile (helped us test out light color settings to get to the one we liked best, gave us some other tips, did a bit extra to ensure a switch cover would fit in a tight spot) - great service overall.
