The technician that came out to diagnose my ac system was Kurt and he was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, courteous, he also was nice and playful with my son. He diagnosed my ac problems and even examined and showed me things with my water heater to keep an eye on. After he did his walk around we sat down and he explained all the options on moving forward. Taking the time to ensure I understood all the benefits of each option. He was able to get me a military discount without me asking which was greatly appreciated. All around he’s an awesome guy working for a great company. 10/10 would recommend. Service: A/C system repair
Dante and Johnny were fantastic. Communicative and very friendly. Ran through a system check and got me back to new in no time. Talked about some upgrades I have been thinking about and they were able to provide various options and realistic expectations. Highly recommend
We have called DEAR services for several different plumbing and electrical issues at our home. They have not only been very responsive, but they do a really good job explaining the issue and what they are doing to fix it. Recently, Tony N came to fix our water heater and after he was done fixing it, he went above and beyond his expected work and helped me clean our dishwasher filter and check a broken faucet. I appreciated his time in explaining everything and being so thorough!
