I had my Ducts/vents/dryer vent cleaned today with Envirosmart, and I am beyond pleased with the service they have provided. From the time of booking the service with Esther (professional, nice, friendly), she kept me informed, and communicated the entire process up to the time of the actual appointment, and assisted me with billing afterwords. The team, lead by Roy was very professional, timely, clean, and extremely efficient. Roy went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and educated me on all aspects of energy and costs saving. Once they were done with duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning, the improvement on the airflow through the house was noticeable immediately. Roy showed me the before and after pictures, and explained what they did. My ducts/vents have not been cleaned in 10 years, and I am so glad I had it done!
