This company is very unprofessional and they did not do what they said they would do. They didn’t know how to properly install our fence and on day one had to start over. Because of this they left holes filled with concrete under the fence instead of removing the concrete before starting over. They also didn’t know how to install our driveway gate and we had to do tons of research ourselves concerning the gate, deck, railing, etc. Palm construction also didn’t want to build our railing to code for our deck. The project manager argued with us about us wanting to build our deck to code. They didn’t know how to properly adjust the tension for the cable wires and they didn’t know what marine grade was or what the tension on the railing should be per building codes. They put holes in our Trex deck where they shouldn’t be and just left them open. The corner of our deck came apart after one month. They didn’t put waterproof tape on our stairs and they had to redo the concrete pad because the

We hired Palm to replace our old decks. Our project manager was Yonatan. He communicated well with us through out the project. The team did an excellent job in constructing and keeping the area cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was completed on time and on budget. See the before and after photos.

Lior maintained good communication throughout the project (deck replacement); provided status updates on materials orders, the team's work schedule, and status of where they are at the end of each workday. The crew also did a great job installing the deck. They showed proper respect to our property and tried to minimize interruption to our activity as much as they can, which was very helpful as I was working out of my house. They completed the project on time and on budget. And cleaned up properly afterward. They were professional and did excellent work.
