Went to Angi’s list for a planning quote on a fence for our property. Got a call to see an appointment for 45 minute estimate. Called to confirm then called an hour later saying couldn’t make it due to snow. Said that someone would call the following day. Finally called to reset the appointment 3 weeks later. When finally showed up walked around and took measurements, then quoted me an estimate of $68000 foot a fence on the property but if I signed all the paperwork today he would take 20% off the price. When told that needed to see if the finances would work he wouldn’t leave. Tried to have us get financing. Excused himself to take phone calls twice during our estimate. 45 minute estimate took over 2 hours. Estimate was supposed to be good for 30 days but not with discount unless we signed the work order that night. 1 star is too much but had to pick something for the review. Never use them. Bill before completion Refuse to do promised repairs. Work is shoddy, reason they need to repair. Cut power lines , poured concrete and let the rain damage it. Left rocks and gravel debris in the yard for months killing the grass. Broke the sprinkler pipes repeatedly. In Bid, promised to remove old concrete and debris from my yard, did not do. Promised a waterproof deck, did not do Promised to repair electrical wires, did not do Promised not to cash check until they fixed the concrete and sealed it, did not do Promised to do all repairs before they did any more work, did not do. Promised not to cash check until they completed the repairs and repoured and sealed the concrete, did not do Instead they sent a final bill and tried to paint the house, leaving me all the repairs. It is now middle of July, and they have been promising to fix since February. Should be able to leave negative stars. Lior maintained good communication throughout the project (deck replacement); provided status updates on materials orders, the team's work schedule, and status of where they are at the end of each workday. The crew also did a great job installing the deck. They showed proper respect to our property and tried to minimize interruption to our activity as much as they can, which was very helpful as I was working out of my house. They completed the project on time and on budget. And cleaned up properly afterward. They were professional and did excellent work.
