WCS installed a heat pump with mini-splits. They were very solid throughout the entire experience. Jason was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what I would be getting. The installation team was phenomenal. They were professional, courteous, timely, communicative and made sure I understood how to use the system after it was installed. What a great team! We contracted with World Class Services to install a 2-stage heat pump. Jason the sales manager was very polite and informative about what we were looking for in a heat pump. Requested the new heat pump to be installed on the back side of our house so it would be our of sight. Yup... no problem, we just had to point where we wanted it. We decided to go with his company for the install on 03/16/23. Everything went great with the install. The installer showed up early in the morning and spent all day to complete the job. New heat pump installed with 2020 gas previous Furnace. The final installation looks great and should save us money on the heating and cooling bill. Oh.... and it is (Veteran) owned.
