Sergei was very respectful and very prompt to getting my new system up and running in a week time. His customer service was top tier and his professionalism was out standing. It shows through his work that he has experience with what he does and does a professional job doing it. The amount of work from taking out the old heat pump system and installing the new system only took him and his workers about 5 hours which I would have thought it would take them a day or two to complete.
