Sergei was very respectful and very prompt to getting my new system up and running in a week time. His customer service was top tier and his professionalism was out standing. It shows through his work that he has experience with what he does and does a professional job doing it. The amount of work from taking out the old heat pump system and installing the new system only took him and his workers about 5 hours which I would have thought it would take them a day or two to complete. If you’re looking for a HVAC technician I would call BRAGIN and set up a appointment!

We have contemplated on having AC for many years but kept putting it off. This year we had a chance to get quote fro Sergei from Bragin and few others. Their quote was very reasonable but more importantly he approached our needs well while sharing his professional opinion without any added sales pressure . After nearly four weeks we decided and he and his crew showed up and got our new Lennox elite system installed in no time. It has been two weeks since and we are happy with service and quality.
