Backflow Tri-Cities

I called Keith about fixing my irrigation backflow valve. He was booked up for the day but said he would stop by on his way to another job just to see what he needed for the repair the next day. It turned out to be quick fix so he repaired it on the spot. That is what I call good service. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Keith was awesome, very responsive, friendly, and able to get to us within days of calling when other companies could not. We had no idea we needed a backflow test and our due date was coming up quickly. He even helped me with something unrelated to the backflow test when I had a question about our irrigation system. 10/10 recommend and will only be using Backflow Tri-Cities for this service going forward!

Keith replaced a non functional BFP and ball valves on my irrigation supply. He was very responsive to my concerns and clearly laid out what my options were in terms of repair or replacing the valves and the estimated cost. We started off thinking he would repair the existing non-functional ball valve, but due to the age of the pipes one of the lower pipes cracked when the ball valve was removed. Even though Keith had other commitment he pivoted to replacing the system due to the amount of digging that had already been done and the minimal digging. I would highly recommend Keith for backflow repair/replacement, and testing. Photos are before and after installation of the BFP.
