They never call back.
I would give them 0 review if I could! Beware when they tell you about warranty. Supposedly installation warranty only good for a year. So 10 years later when you find out that they did not trim your windows correctly and there is water damage! Too bad they don't warranty it!
1st visut...the attendant was asleep in a chair and was disturbed that I was even there. Offered nothing... I got nothing. 2nd visit same guy was outside the store asleep in a car. I went in thinking no way that it could be him again. Went inside and waited and waited then hollered to see if anyone was there. As I was walking out ...he was crawling out of the car. Absolutely no customer service. He mentioned that they no longer did retail but that should not mean not be helpful in some way. This guy was bothered that I was there and had no intentions of being helpful in any way shape or form. Just wanted me gone......period. Back to sleep
