Have called this company in the past. Fair price quick friendly professional service. I called this morning for a leak in the outside faucet. Was told $300 to come out and change the bib. In shock i said no thanks. Took my boyfriend $34 in parts and 20 min. Service: Plumbing leak detection

Roto-Rooter came out right away to scope and snake my drain. The technician thought he saw roots so he sold me on a hydro-jetting procedure. After the hydro-jetting he saw that it was actually a check valve that was causing the blockage. He located it and cleared the blockage but was told that the check valve would continue to be an issue. Chris was great. Very communicative and helpful with information. He also offered to clear an associated floor drain as an included service when asked. This floor drain slowed down again right after they left.

I call them one or two times every year. This last time I called them before business hours and they had it fixed by 9 am. It was important because I didn’t want it to backup onto the carpet. There the best. Service: Sewer repair
