Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning

We called Puyallup Heating and Air for a replacement of our furnace and an installation of air conditioning. I do careful research and had five companies come out to bid on the project. The brand they wanted to install, Carrier, is the top rated HVAC equipment out there. After Erik Hoover came out and thoroughly explained the options and process, and the fact they were very reasonably priced, it became obvious that they were the right company to choose. After selecting them the installation was completed the next day. We are very happy with the installation and would use them again. Thanks Erik. Quick to come out and look at my furnace (and collect $) but completely non-responsive after that. I called every week for over a month in November, most times no one answered and I left messages that were not returned. When I did talk to someone it was as if I was bothering them. Didn't hear back from supplier, can't find OEM replacement, need to get another quote. I agreed to pay, just needed a paper quote but that seemed to be too much to ask. Got through the winter with space heaters. Noticed my first review wasn't posted or was removed. Service: Heating system repair
