I highly recommend Puyallup Heating & Air...I had another company come out to do my yearly maintenance, and they stated that my heat exchanger was cracked and I need to replace the furnace, as well as issues with my heat pump which needed to be replaced (lowest bid from them was $21k, highest was $55k.) I called PH&A and Eric came out to give me a bid on replacement items. He looked at the furnace and did not see a crack. He suggested that I book an appointment to have a service technician come out and take a look at both items. Jason came out and did a great job! He took my furnace apart and sure enough, no crack in the heat exchanger (and showed me multiple pictures to prove it.) After looking at my heat pump, he said all I needed was a contact replaced. We called Puyallup Heating and Air for a replacement of our furnace and an installation of air conditioning. I do careful research and had five companies come out to bid on the project. The brand they wanted to install, Carrier, is the top rated HVAC equipment out there. After Erik Hoover came out and thoroughly explained the options and process, and the fact they were very reasonably priced, it became obvious that they were the right company to choose. After selecting them the installation was completed the next day. We are very happy with the installation and would use them again. Thanks Erik.
