Rainier Heating & Cooling

We had chosen to use Rainier Heating and Cooling based on previous experience a friend had as well as price compared to other companies. They were very thorough from the quote to the installation. We had a very unique situation with our old furnace under the house with less than 21" access. They got the old one out and new one installed in a day but ran into a slight issue. Not only did they correct the issue they went above and beyond for us due to the issue and made it more than right in our favor. That is a good company I want to give my money too. Highly recommend for anyone needing a fully new system like we did.

We had our gas furnace and heat pump replaced by Rainier Heating and Cooling. There was a minor issue with ducting that had to be addressed after the install that was quickly resolved. I appreciated their dedication to getting everything right, and that they didn't expect payment until we were satisfied. All in all, an excellent experience, highly recommended. We needed a Replacement for our 18 year old HVAC system. I researched local companies. I did get 2 Estimates, the 3rd never contacted me. I chose Rainer Heating and Cooling to do the R and R service. From the Initial Contact with Danielle and Steve , to the system install it went Smoothly. The install Techs were professional and friendly.
