This was a diagnostic appointment to see what was wrong with furnace. They were on time, friendly, communicative, informative, gave me multiple options on how to proceed. We had three companies come out to give us a bid to replace a furnace and heat pump, we ended up going with Serenity Air for a few different reasons. I’ve always felt like their staff is knowledgeable, on top of things and really wants to put customer service first. We also wanted to get a good product and good deal, the warranty’s that they offer with their service was a huge win for us.
