We hired Craig to replace our old recalled panel & complete some additional items. Once of which included adding an external backup generator interlock kit. His pricing was reasonable compared to the other quotes. He was super thorough & answered all of our questions. I am an elderly man and in the past, I have done all my own electrical work. The lights in my wife’s sewing room, our guest bedroom, and the hallway went out; the bathroom lights that were on the same circuit operated normally. The breaker did not trip, and the wiring in the bedroom had 120 volts on both the hot wire and the neural wire. I checked for loose wires in the junction boxes and did not find any loose or corroded connections. I finally gave up. Called Woodland Electric and set up an appointment to have them come out, find, and fix my problem. Craig and Caleb showed up on time. After some good detective work, they found and fixed the problem. The problem was the result of the electrician’s error, made at the time the house was built in 1973.
