Mike was an expert and he did all the work professionally and in a timely manner. He told us when he would arrive to the tee. I appreciate how well organized and knowledgeable he is. Great job in replacing a 12 year old heater.

I called Ken’s Plumbing & Water Heater Repair, Inc. after a PGE technician said he could not light the pilot light on our water heater. Peni and Mo came to our rescue — they were here the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem, and gave us a quote on the spot. We decided to move forward with a new water heater (ours was at the end of its lifespan) and Peni and Mo were back the next day to install our new one. They were professional, easy to work with, and so very smart! We are so appreciative that we were able to receive such amazing help from them, and I will be recommending them to anyone who has issues with their water heaters. They turned what could have easily been a nightmare for us into something that was no problem for them at all, and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
