After our kids left for college, my wife and I decided to remodel the bathroom they had shared. It was oddly configured and very dated so we wanted a fresh, more functional redesign for the entire space. Thanks Boris, you worked hard and you rescued us! Our kitchen ceiling had a leak, a big leak. Leaks are always hard to diagnose so we were already concerned, but we needed someone to help us fast. Luckily for us, Boris' team was working on a house just nearby and I called him. 1. He got back to me right away. He came over and took a look and came up with some quick ideas for stabilizing the situation. 2. Even though he was busy at our neighbor's house, he did everything he could to jump over and repair our leak (it ended up being rotten siding above a soffit). 3. He kept me up to date with time lines, he quoted me accurate estimates, if I called him...he called me back (that doesn't happen with a lot of contractors does it). 4.
