Extremely Expensive! I’m quite unhappy with the charges. Over $525.00 to reseat and caulk for 1/2 an hours work. This was absolutely highway robbery a (preventative) easy job without any water damages… only screws and seating, nothing more. So yes, the work itself was fine. But good grief! Come on #rotorooter ! Three stars. Service: Toilet repair
My sewer drain was backing up, ugh. I was able to schedule an appointment online for a same day appointment. Everybody from the dispatcher to the technician were prompt, friendly and helpful. They were able to fix the problem. They made a possible disastrous experience go smoothly. Thanks for everything!
It turns out that we had a root problem at our house! Gio was great, he showed me what the issues were with our plumbing and cleared out all the blockages. I learned a ton about how our house works. A bit on the pricey side, but he was here within the hour and the service was excellent. Service: Sewer cleaning
