Phase 3 Electric

A couple GFCI outlets kept going off, one started making a crackling noise. I was afraid something bad was going to happen. Called several places and was told it would be a few weeks before it could be looked at. Called Phase 3 Electric late in the afternoon and someone was out within an hour. I believe it was the owner of the company. He replaced my outlets and went over a few other areas I was concerned about. I'm very thankful he made it out and put my mind at ease that things were alright. I plan on having them out again after the first of the year to do some other planned work. I left a message on a Friday evening regarding a septic issue. I wasn’t expecting a call back over the weekend. Ryan returned my call on Saturday and was on site Monday morning at 8:00am to fix the problem. This responsiveness was priceless when dealing with a nonworking septic system. Ryan was amazing! He was quick to respond and kept me updated through out the project, handled the issues with the PUD and the City, and completed the panel replacement under budget. Phase 3 will be the first company I contact for my next project.
