Scheduled an appointment ahead of time they leave you a two hour window after 15 minutes late I called to find out what was wrong. After a long story she said I wasnt on the schedule so I said that wasn't acceptable I took the day off to take care of this and not to be notified I would take my business somewhere else. Then she found me on the schedule ? She said the tech was running late but would be there in about an hour an half. The tech was cool but the office seems to be a shambles. He took care of the bill and said the office would email my receipt a week later and no email looks like I have to rattle the chicken coupe to get my reciept. Hopefully things are better. Way above and beyond! Their drive to get to the bottom of an ever-failing furnace was incredible. They worked day and night to solve the problems that other companies failed to repair. Quick to respond and showing honest compassion at the possibility of leaving us with a broken furnace in freezing temperatures. Just a solid company with total integrity in every way. Work for a small business out in the valley and made an appointment a week in advanced and CONRFIRMED it. Got a call the morning they were supposed to send someone to fix our A/C saying they needed to cancel our appointment due to emergency services elsewhere.. after we had an appointment set up. I was told we were put at the top of the waitlist but couldn’t schedule another appointment due to the system being down. I expressed my frustration that I felt I was being treated as a priority since I had an appointment set up already. I understand the workers are spread thin with this heat wave happening, I understand we may not be an “emergency “ but we had an appointment, they canceled, and would give me a time or day on when I could possibly get the business back on the schedule. I don’t know when I’ll hear from them either. 3/10 wouldn’t recommend
