Hired Air Design back in 2008 to install an A/C system in my house. Had them back again in 2019 to replace it with a new one. Great customer service, great pricing. Great experience all the way around. I highly recommend these guys.
GREAT ...well EVERYTHING! My wife made the service appt. A couple of days before, the dispatch phoned to reschedule as one of their staff had a family emergency to attend to. she was very apologetic...(hey...stuff happens...) Tech showed EXACTLY on time. Eric was able to diagnose dripping water from an exhaust pipe. He promptly fixed it and did so at a great rate. He was very professional and a great representative for Air Design.
