We highly recommend this company. Very professional and great customer service. Mike told us that our furnace needed to be replaced, then walked us through the process. Overpriced to diagnose problem with my heating system. Unwilling to fix because they didn't want to take the time to learn about my warranty. Never again. $350 to diagnose but not fix a problem is too much. One star is too much! In response to your response., you are liars. Yes I was angry that you were overcharging and telling me you could NOT fix the problem for 8 days. Then I would be calling a plumber for burst pipes. LIars!!!
