My shower pipe broke and flooded my basement and damaged my bathroom. Brooke was at my house within hours assessing the damage and digging in to look for problems. She was an amazing person to work with and so incredibly kind. She communicated everything clearly and was extremely responsive to answer any questions I had. Enter Marty.. Marty was a delight. Nicest guy on the planet. He was so patient and helpful. He gave me great ideas when I asked. He definitely went above and beyond. When it was go time he brought Karen along for the ride. Also one of the nicest people I've met. They worked so well together.. helping each other, joking around and they just brought a positive energy into the house. I would HIGHLY recommend Capstone! We had a sewage backup in our basement. We contacted Capstone for an estimate to repair the damages, including several "add ons". From the moment I contacted their office, I was impressed. The office staff was responsive and returned calls exactly when they said they would. They outlined when our project would be done without sugar coating the possible wait time. We had an estimate within several days. The estimate was OUTSTANDING, thorough and complete. They even gave us two estimates, one for the damage repairs, the other for the additional work we wanted done. The crew, Marty and Karen, were amazing!! Not only was their work QUALITY, but they were consistently on time and kept us informed about daily scheduling and projects. They searched for products above and beyond what we would have asked. They were problem solvers. They were professional, friendly, competent, and all around great human beings. We couldn't have asked for a better

As a former employee with this company I witnessed the workings from an inside perspective. The owners are self entitled and phoney. They're more concerned about their brand new, shiny, jacked up pickup trucks then they are about quality, customer service or about taking care of their employees. The truth is they didn't earn a right in the construction industry, but had the company handed to them by their daddy. I've seen some of the worst quality workmanship out of this company then anywhere else in my 30+ years in the business myself. They are more focused on the bottom line then performing work that is correct. I've seen first hand, the lack of integrity, when it comes to doing the job right and there long winded denial when workmanship becomes an issue. Just read the fine print in the contract they have you sign. It basically implies a warranty claim is to be expected, which they'll most likely deny.
