Banner Furnace & Fuel

Absolutely the best! We contacted Banner along with a couple other Spokane HVAC businesses to get estimates for replacing our heat pump and gas furnace last winter. At the time, our house and HVAC system were 8 years old (we're not the original owners). The heat pump was extremely loud and inefficient so we thought we would just replace it all with a super quiet and efficient (high end) HVAC system. The other HVAC businesses gave us full quotes--but not Travis at Banner. He came out and checked everything. He said their attitude is to look at everything as if they are in their own homes. He said we have a high-end, efficient gas furnace and there is nothing wrong with it so he just can't replace it. We also wanted to replace the electronic air filter because of allergies and Travis recommended using a traditional filter instead. He was right--our air quality is way better and there is less dust in the house. So Travis gave us a quote just for several quiet and super efficient heat pump

We have them come out during the late fall/winter to fill up the propane tanks. Guys do a great job when they come and they're quick. In and out. See ya in about 18 weeks ????
