Apparently there are some communication issues. I was supposed to confirm that Friday, the 5th, was going to work. Having a 3:00 appointment didn't confirm that, I guess. Got a call late Friday to reschedule. He said he'd call me on Monday, the 8th, in the morning and he'd let me know what time Monday afternoon would work. Here it is the 13th....and I've still heard nothing. They will not get my business. I should not have to play scheduler. If they want my money? Be responsible.
We had low water pressure in an old home bathtub. We first called a different company and when they couldn’t solve the problem, we called Five Star Plumbing. Five Star fixed the water pressure quickly and for half the price of the other company. Would definitely recommend.
As a former employee, if you want to gamble with your money and not be 100% sure to have a Liscensed plumber in your house then look no further. Certifications are nothing but paper to them. They don’t want this review to be seen or people to know how shady they are so they continue to try to remove my review.
