Sadly our furnace caught on fire and we could no longer heat our house ! I called Spokane comfort and in 20 minutes they had Dustin at my house ! He was in company logo and put on booties to protect our floors ! He was able to quote the work and beat all other quote and that next morning from 8-10 they were here installing my new furnace ! Don’t hesitate to give them a call they are amazing , respectful , and professional.

Had an old forced air and AC replaced. Salesman, office and installers were great! On time and went right to work - unit was stuffed in a tight closet but everything went very smooth! We had an ac installed in our first house by comfort years ago, and a new furnace was installed today in our current residence. Both times have been incredibly pain free. They identified our furnace as unsafe yesterday & completed the replacement within 24hours. Josh and the other associate were incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and professional.
