Jason and Roy serviced our furnace and they couldn't have been more helpful and nice. All questions were answered and they have us options to improve our home. We will definitely use this company again! Service: HVAC system maintenance

The good: Bobby, Ben, Ashley, the duct cleaner and the water heater guys. The bad: the rest of the company is completely disorganized. Communication was not there, even after multiple attempts to reach someone. Maureen, Tieson and Cody refused to get back to me. Their team walked out on a rewire at the end of the day, taking well over a month to come back and finish. No response from anyone there in regards to what was going on. Chris is their main electrician, and he visited for a PAID inspection. Did his inspection, and bid. I agreed, got the deposit paid. He showed up for what I was told by Maureen was a walk through, but he told me it was to start work. I cleared space and said to get it done. He left 2 hours later for an emergency call, after sorta kicking around and talking about it with his coworker. Didn’t come back till the next week. He couldn’t figure out how to run power to my garage, so I told him to skip it if it was going to be a big deal. He later found out some of my o
