I had no hot water. The owner and an employee showed up within 45 minutes. They diagnosed problem and put in 2 elements & 2 thermostats in about 45 minutes. I called others and could not get any sooner than 2 days. Roemer Rooter was very responsive. First time I used these folks and will look no further for any of my plumbing needs in the future. This is a family business. I was pleasantly surprised.
The crew was great, quick and did an amazing job. Very happy I found this company and will continue to use for all my Plumbing and HVAC needs. Roemer has the tools and the crew for any project.
