Sturm Heating and Air Conditioning just installed a new gas furnace and heat pump in my home. Andy met with me to assess the heating and cooling needs for my home and to weigh my thoughts and preferences as we determined the best choice to meet both my needs and that of my home. He was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure. Chris and Ammon arrived early on the day of installation and were able to get the job completed in one day, although it was a long one for them. They were friendly, professional and meticulous about cleaning up after they finished the job. Sturm helped us through the hassle with Avista when we found out we didn’t have a gas line (and it was way to much money to have installed) and they offered us an alternative option. They explained the cost benefit analysis of a heating pump and were very patient with the numerous questions my husband asked. Sturm informed us on a Friday that they have some heating pumps available and got us scheduled for the Monday and Tuesday for installation. Super quick turnaround! During installation I was home alone with the employees and they were the most respectful people I’ve met. They made me feel safe and gave me plenty of distance when they needed to ask me questions. My husband and I were amazed by the staff at Sturm and we received amazing customer service. We highly recommend them!

Great professional service and installation of new furnace and A/C unit. Had issue with new control board, but they were back the next day with new control board, and unit is working as it should.
