Chipper Plumbing and Radiant

We needed Chipper to come out and fix faulty kitchen sink plumbing. Mike arrived a bit late but kept me informed the entire way, which I appreciated immensely. When he did arrive he was very friendly and happy to answer any and all of my questions. He fixed the plumbing in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I'm really happy with the experience. I quite enjoyed hanging with Mike he's very nice.

Our kitchen drain was completely clogged. Another plumber was unable to remove it and recommended replacing a large section of pipes. Chipper recommended the same thing but for a much lower estimate. They did the work the following day, explaining clearly and thoroughly what they were doing as well as other potential issues to look out for with the old pipes we have in our mid century home. They were professional and respectful of our living spaces and we are considering hiring them for additional work that needs to be done.

Update) I still stand by my review on Jordan. He is professional and very friendly. However, I don't think the pricing is transparent. I thought the diagnostic would cover for the diagnosis + the fix since it is $600. But I am now asked to pay more to change out the regulator. I wish I had known all the costs upfront prior to having the technician come out, so that I have adequate information to base my decision on. Previous comment) Jordan came out for a diagnostic for my water boiler. He was fantastic! He went above and beyond to try to help and provided detailed information on what he’s doing, realistic solutions for problem identified, etc. i highly recommend Chipper.
