I have a small apartment building with a flat roof. I had a ten year old roof on the building that kept leaking. Mike at Diamond explained to me why this was happening. It was moisture from inside the building. They gave me a very competitive bid. Insulated the crawl space and put on a new roof. They did a great job and were extremely clean. Diamond Roofers replaced our roof several years ago, and at the time, were extremely accommodating, getting our leaking roof replaced quickly. Most recently, a windstorm caused a downed tree which damaged our roof. Diamond Roofers came out very quickly and provided a patch job to prevent leaking until we could get the insurance company to assess damages and approve repairs. Once insurance approved, again, Diamond Roofers were quick to repair our roof. Mike has gone above and beyond to coordinate all the work and provided extra time helping clean our roof. We needed to replace our leaking skylight. Mike squeezed us in at the last minute to help. Not only was he quick, he brought a tarp and climbed up onto the roof during a rain storm to cover the skylight for us. As soon as the new skylight was shipped, he was here to install immediately.
