I was recommended Absolute Heating & Cooling by a friend and I was very happy with the services I received. They were very responsive and I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment, unlike other local companies where it was 6 weeks just to get a quote. They listened to my wants and needs and explained my options, unlike other local companies that just pushed one thing without regard for what I wanted in my home. Our furnace wasn’t working properly and was short cycling. This caused the heater not to be able to bring the temperature up to where we had it set. Martin and another gentleman (I forgot his name, I’m very bad with names) came by tonight and fixed the issue very quickly. They taught us a few things about our system so we understand it better and were just very kind overall. I’m definitely going to keep using Absolute Heating and Cooling in the future and start keeping up with a maintenance schedule, which we weren’t doing before. Highly recommend.
