We have a Daikin mini split that was being a real pain in the butt. Jason was professional and persistent. Got it working again after some time. He's a great HVAC tech and a nice guy.
Needed an HVAC company to inspect the AC system for a potential home purchase, the seller disclosed that there might be an issue with the defroster. First Service, scheduled us right away, communicated clearly how they would conduct their inspection, showed up during said inspection window, communicated results clearly, and invoiced us properly. The technician had extensive knowledge on the installed unit and even managed to fix the defrost issue. Overall, we are very grateful for the timely execution and the extra work done.
