Highly-qualified and honest. We experienced a furnace failure. They we out in less than 24 hours. It to a while to diagnose. When finished fixing the problem, "Jake" the HVAC guy said the failure was secondary to something Advanced Air had done on a prior visit—No charge. No even a minimal service charge. If he had told me it was a heat sensor or something and charged me $350, I would have paid it without blinking. This is what integrity looks like in practice. I would recommend Advanced Air Systems without reservation.

Ive been with this company for 6 years, since I purchased my house. They have a lovely subscription service that wont over charge for emergencies and gives discounts on parts. They tend to come out every 6 months for a maintenance and cleaning. Overall i have been satisfied with the service. However, I had a 2nd opinion done in my ducts and found that a Y joint was installed backward and kinked my air supply. At no point in the 6 years I've been with Advanced air did they check ducts or see that problem. I did have Advanced cut and fix the problem but it seems like the overlook certain things. An air scrubber on one of our ductless units ceased to work. The technician replaced the air scrubber and there was no charge for the repair. He checked the air scrubber for the other unit to make sure that it is working properly, at no charge. Advanced Air is a top quality company. I highly recommend them.
