What a great experience! We had 3 very unique issues to handle, and 1 was urgent. Leak detection, leak repair, and a simple toilet problem. Our tech, Tevin, arrived on time and presented as neat and professional. And he got right to work. The leak was discovered, the pipes were sawed-off and then welded, and the toilet was fixed in minutes. Great company, great technician, great job. And our house sits on dirt, clay, and a lot of river rock. Over 60 years those rocks have been slowly wearing and rubbing on the pipes. Rocks+Copper=Leaks. Once again the technicians arrived on-time, called us to announce their arrival, presented as clean and professional, and went to work. Called on a Friday morning, Richie arrived ahead of schedule and was quickly able to figure out the issues with our basement pump. The team dealt with our unconventional installation and quickly resolved issues that had been building since before we purchased our house. They also explained exactly what was wrong and detailed options for preventive maintenance. I was very pleased.

These guys are GREAT. First of all, someone actually answers the phone. They work you into their schedule regardless of the size of the job, and I have had them both. Most recent was driving a nail into a plastic pipe on a Friday afternoon. One of their guys stopped by on his way home so that I would have water during the weekend, now that is service.
