D & F Plumbing

My wife & I always get at least three bids for any project we do. D & F ended up be our first choice, not just because of the cost, which was not the lowest, but because of the professionalism, knowledge and honesty with us. One of the other companies, we checked, added quite a few additional repairs in their bid. We were pretty sure it wasn’t necessary, and D & F confirmed that with their inspection and bid for the project. The installation was not an easy one, with extremely tight quarters to work with and having to redo the intake piping and exhaust system. Both Mathew and Thomas worked feverishly to get the job done. Even with the difficulties they almost always had smiles on their faces. Well done to both of them. We are extremely grateful for their determination and attitude during the whole process and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done.

Update: I just took a call from Brad at D&F eho listened to my concerns. and they let me know the sales technician that I worked with is no longer there and they refunded the consultation fee even all these months later. This was really appreciated as it really showed a commitment to a improving the customer experience. Original post: A few months ago I had D&F plumbing come out to give me a quote to fix the hot water circulation pipes which were part of a issue causing water pressure issues in the house. I had spoken with 2 other companies who looked at our water heater, water softener, and went into the crawlspace to give us those quotes. When the D&F "Pro" came over he refused to look at anything and just told me I needed new nozzles on everything. He we so far as to call me and my family stupid for allowing people to use the bathroom while someone showers. Don't waste your time and money on any consultation from them.

Trust is earned and I trust D&F plumbing because of two people - Randy & Brad . My guy Randy did our work both the times when I called and he was an ACE . Brad was the customer service manager , he was more understanding when I talked to him about an issue I had and he handled it so professionally. When customers call while being upset , he took the time to understand the issue , not being defensive and came up with solutions to address the issue . The front desk staff Daniel was very kind when I told her I am about 15 minutes late after dropping my kid off the camp and Randy waited for me till I arrived . He assessed the work correctly and gave me options as what to do . He is honest and I can trust him with my work . Some demeanor you can sense the moment you see some body . I am very grateful that I talked to Brad and I am grateful that I got Randy back on the job again for me. Next time, I will call for Randy and will wait . Service: Plumbing pipe repair
