D & F Plumbing

We had a cap burst tonight and we couldn't get our lawn sprinklers to shut off due to this. They were fairly quick for an after hours call and were fast to fix the problem. Since the fix was so easy he didn't charge us for labor time. We will use their services again for sure. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

This company price gouges insane - DO NOT USE!! I have a rental that had a leak coming somewhere from the washing machine area. The machine is less than one month old so we assumed there was something wrong with the plumbing since the machine is so new… maybe it got hooked up wrong, maybe the lines came loose or burst or something. It was a Saturday so I had to use the emergency service pricing ($199) just to have someone come out on Sunday since we didn’t want to have a continued leak. I was willing to pay the weekend $199 emergency service fee. They came out and looked at everything for about 10 minutes and told me, the machine is broken and we can’t do anything. And then charged me $575!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!??? They literally did nothing but take a video and tell me that I need to call an appliance person. How and on what earth does that justify $775 worth of service???? I can’t imagine what they would have charged if they actually had to do any work. Will never

Update: I just took a call from Brad at D&F eho listened to my concerns. and they let me know the sales technician that I worked with is no longer there and they refunded the consultation fee even all these months later. This was really appreciated as it really showed a commitment to a improving the customer experience. Original post: A few months ago I had D&F plumbing come out to give me a quote to fix the hot water circulation pipes which were part of a issue causing water pressure issues in the house. I had spoken with 2 other companies who looked at our water heater, water softener, and went into the crawlspace to give us those quotes. When the D&F "Pro" came over he refused to look at anything and just told me I needed new nozzles on everything. He we so far as to call me and my family stupid for allowing people to use the bathroom while someone showers. Don't waste your time and money on any consultation from them.
