Excellent service. Our heater was not working. We called as it was an emergency and they were there within 15 minutes . Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back the next day to install the part. Very reasonable cost. Will continue with this company. Very pleased to recommend them. Great team. HVAC system failed, and we wanted a heat pump replacement. Got estimates from 4 vendors, NW HVACs was clear and and at an appropriate price. They handled all the paperwork for a state rebate. Installation was excellent. Team cleaned up each day. We ran into some problems with ducting due to the house structure. Several options were presented very clearly, with a good discussion. Easy to work with, and they care about doing things well. Service: Installation

Owner and technicians were responsive from the start, professional, and provided excellent service, starting from when they first came out to provide a bid, to when they were picked by us for the replacement and installation of our new system. They were also referred directly to us by Bosch, apart from being a certified installer by Clark PUD.
