Brisco did a beautiful job on our roof replacement.. The bid was fair for the times we're in (bad timing on my part) They gave me a schedule & stuck with it The team was timely everyday & worked swiftly had the job completed a day earlier than planned The only thing was that I am still finding the roof nails around on our back deck so watch for that.. It says a lot about a company that guarantees their product and workmanship, when 4 years later, you can give them 5 stars. During a home inspection when selling my house, the buyer’s inspector commented on a part of the roof that could be better sealed. Mind you, I’ve never had an issue with the roof since installation. However, when I called Brisco, they came out within a few days, and they did the work a few days later after they took a look. No criticism of the inspector. They just got it done so I could sell my house. Also, they were busy but they said that the customers under warranty were priority. Which given, they fully honored the warranty and there wasn’t a fee, I have to admire their integrity. I think they have their priorities straight! Really recommend highly and would use them again whenever I need a new roof or need one fixed.
