I called the office and they connected me with Brady very promptly. Despite missing his first 2 calls due to my meeting schedule, he knew my name when I called his cell. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the soonest opportunity to get a guy to my house, which happen to be within 90 min of our conversation. He sent the single page of necessary paperwork to me ahead of time and I was able to e-sign. Vlad, who came to my house, was quick, professional, honest, and genuinely just looking out for my best interests. He investigated the issue I was having and was able to explain the pros and cons of how my house is wired as he fixed the issue. He was also more than happy to help me check another line to verify that it worked properly. 10/10 - I will definitely be using Haskin Electric again and recommending them to anyone who needs work done. Paul was so wonderful! He came in and not only gave me a very competitive bid but also gave me some design ideas and installed lights that made my house look like a dream! Not only that but he got it done within days after his bid. I can't recommend Paul and Haskin Electric enough!
Spoke with Scott on 11/9, we scheduled a time to meet so he can view the project the following day 11/10 at 10am. After waiting for an hour with no Scott in sight my husband gave him a call. He informed us he forgot about the appt and that he did not have any time in his day to meet with us after all. He did however say he would call back by the end of the day to reschedule. After waiting 2 days with no word we called the office, they had no answers for us regarding a reschedule and stated they will pass along our message to Scott. Finally today 11/15 I get a message from Scott stating he would not have any time to take on my project. Okay this is fine, I get that the industry is incredibly busy right now, but I find it so unprofessional to get the run around for a week just to get that answer. Waste of time.
