Needed a simple 1/4 turn valve replaced at my rv pad at my daughters house. I live out of town so couldn’t do it myself. PL informed me there would be a $69 trip charge and a $75 diagnostic fee. The tech arrived and told me the job would cost $389. Knowing how simple the work is I took that to mean the entire change. Well no the entire charge is $533. The tech was on site for ~1 hour. The new gate valve I estimate to be $40 so it works out to be $359 for labor. They gave me a 10% discount then doubled it for a credit of $100. If I could rate zero stars I would. Check other plumbers first.
100% satisfied with the work Adam did fixing our hot water pipe failure. Great service and came with a fully stocked truck, so repairs were done with no running after needed parts.
