Absolute heroes! From answering the phone on a SUNDAY and scheduling a diagnostic appointment for the following morning, to replacing my old, breached hot water heater in cramped, still slightly flooded, four foot high crawl space within 48 hours, Proline was amazing. Huge thanks to Dustin and Alex for their hard work and tenacity while removing the old h20 heater and installing the new through a labyrinth of pipes, beams, and wires. I cannot stress enough what a tricky and uncomfortable area this is to work in, and these guys did beautifully. Also, want to thank Ashley for moving this job along, and making last minute scheduling adjustments, and to Tyrone( and his apprentice) for quickly diagnosing the issue and restoring my cold water service. Adam from Proline was amazing. On his first visit he spent 2 hours trying to snake the clog out, but was unsuccessful (no fault of his... My pipe was super blocked). On his second visit he had the line cleared (via hydro-jetting) in 20 minutes. I'm sure he could have done this on his first visit if my insurance had allowed it. Quick and responsive. The gentlemen that showed at our appointment had a great attitude, was skilled, and careful with the plumbing. He was able to remove a broken piece of pipe that gave way when I tried to remove it. Saved me time and some money. Reasonably priced too.
