Paul came highly recommended and was the only one that wanted to help me extend the life of my existing roof, rather than trying to ramp up the fear and emotions to sell me a $13k+ rip and replace. Paul Jeffries with Cascade Roof Care has provided expert care for our tile roof for over 8 years. When he first came to help us he identified broken tiles and poor flashing installation on our roof that had created an avenue for water intrusion. The broken tiles had occurred from another roofer who had pressure washed and did not know how to carefully walk on tile. Paul took pictures to demonstrate what had happened then shopped around Portland to find matching tiles. After that repair, we only had Paul pressure wash and repair our roof.
