Our existing and relatively new Coleman high efficiency gas furnace had unfortunately begun it's rapid reliability decline the past couple of years. The original dealer had gone out of business only 5 years after installing it, and we'd been forced to find a local authorized Coleman dealer to service and repair it as needed. New motor, new pressure switches, new limit switches etc were all failing and were replaced over the past 24 months. Ironically, the existing outdoor Trane A/C unit was still performing adequately with zero maintenance, year after year, for the entire 22 years we've lived in the home. The previous owner had purchased it. A close friend near Eugene had recently selected Amercian Standard high efficiency HVAC replacement equipment, and told us that American Standard and Trane were literally the same products, built in the same factory, in Texas. Integrity Air was friendly, polite and professional. There was always someone to speak with on the phone when I called or had a question.
