Our 5-yr old ductless water heater was not working right so I made an appointment for about 10 days out, but a technician had some time open up and was able to diagnose and fix out unit within 2 hours of my service request. He also gave us advice on how to keep on top of maintenance of the unit and explained that Tri-Tech has an annual customer program for maintaining heaters and air conditioners that will lock in future service call fees and comes with several labor and parts discounts. Tri Tech's installers did an excellent job replacing our old HVAC system with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. They were courteous and listened to our needs and suggestions. The wired Mitsubishi controller (which I initially requested) was very new and turned out to be problematic. However, it was replaced with the wired controller which is much more accurate and easier to use. I would recommend Tri Tech. Services: Heating system installation, Install thermostat
