Tyler came out to trouble shoot our heating system. He was very professional and personable. He left no stone unturned and provided a lot of helpful information regarding the system in general. He needed to get Tom, in the office, involved due to the nature of the repair and parts that were needed. I'm grateful for the work they doing in my home. Service: Heating system repair

Our 5-yr old ductless water heater was not working right so I made an appointment for about 10 days out, but a technician had some time open up and was able to diagnose and fix out unit within 2 hours of my service request. He also gave us advice on how to keep on top of maintenance of the unit and explained that Tri-Tech has an annual customer program for maintaining heaters and air conditioners that will lock in future service call fees and comes with several labor and parts discounts. We plan to sign up for the annual deal. Very happy with the overall experience with Tri-Tech Heating. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
