O' Danny Boy Builders- WI

The workers damaged the metal work around our brick, up the roof line and a bay window. Initially they said they didn’t cause the damage but then owned up to it. After 2 attempts to fix it, it got worse each time. The bent and dented metal is so apparent - it’s embarrassing. We have another company hired to redo the metal work, paying for that out of our pocket. O'Danny Boy owner did stop by, said he would have it taken care of. We appreciated his time, but the field manager didn’t think our concerns were apparently valid. He ignored our concerns and didn’t care that his workers did a below average job on the repairs. He was also extremely disrespectful to my wife, talking down to her just for asking a question. Our experience was not a good one. Services: Roof repair, Roof installation, Roof damage repair

Great experience, their representative Nathaniel Hawk was super to work with. He helped a great deal with the insurance company who at first denied the coverage. With Nathaniel’s help and pictures they eventually covered the roof 100%.. Great Company!!!!! Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
