O' Danny Boy Builders- WI

I used O'Danny Boy Builders to replace my roof due to recent hail damage. Nathan, the project manager, was most attentive to all of our needs. Nathan went over and above to ensure that the process went smoothly. This included: Doing initial inspection himself,' Attending and representing me, the homeowner, when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof (every step of the way); Ensuring all of the paperwork needed for the mortgage company and insurance company was in order; Scheduling the work to our desired timeline; Supervising the crew during the job; and finally communicating with us when ever questions arose. I would recommend O'Danny Boy builders for any of your roofing needs! The work was quality in nature, completed on time and clean up was terrific! I had issues with my insurance company and Matt from Danny Boy went the extra mile up on the roof with them and showed them the damage. I met Matt Mazur from O'Danny Boy builders during a roof inspection for suspected hail damage. During the initial meeting he documented what he thought was valid hail damage and recommended I get an inspection done by my insurance. That was done and swiftly denied two days later by my insurance (official response was ZERO damage found). I requested a reinspection and asked that Matt be present to go over the findings together with the insurance company inspector. During the second inspection of the nearly identical area that was previously examined (by the same inspector from the insurance company), Matt and the inspector noted 19 findings. The next day after the inspection was submitted the roof was magically approved for replacement. I credit Matt for working closely with the insurance company and moving the process forward towards a new roof replacement. I have been very pleased working with Matt and the O'Danny boy builders company so far throughout this process! Services: Roof
